The technicians who work at BEST are truly professional. They always ring the front doorbell, explain the service they will be doing. Upon completion let me know the service performed and their findings. They write a written report and give it to me or leave it in the front door.

We have had extremely excellent service and these two technicians made the process a pleasant experience. We first met the company at the Myrtle Beach Hone Show back in the spring and were impressed by the friendly professional demeanor of the reps there. We set up the monthly mosquito service and also quarterly pest control inside . The company is diligent about calling to let us know when our services are due and the service team are always prompt and courteous. Rob has been here several times and just this week came out to exterminate a colony of wasps in the crawl space. He definitely provides WOW service!
