Best Home & Property services have been our number one choice for protecting our Newly built house against earwigs, termites, gnats…Always ready to answer our phone calls, comply to our requests, listen to our concerns, and act accordingly. They are True, kind and caring professionals, from the assistant who answers phone calls, to Rachel, the accountant who considers our financial limitations, to Kevin, the guy who is sent to spray the house. We just feel as if we are talking to long time friends! My husband and I recommend Best Home & Property Services for their wonderful work.

Hired Best to encapsulate our crawl space and put in a dehumidifier. Carl was very informative in his estimate and Brianna made the scheduling a snap. The team of Zach, Zamir and Derrick were on time, thorough, personable and did a great job. Jerry added the finishing touch with two new doors. We could not be more pleased with the experience and with everyone with whom we interacted at Best.

So far we have been very pleased with our service. It seems our rodent has disappeared. At least we se no evidence of it being around. Very courteous employees!

Eric did a fantastic job, checking the termite traps and spraying both inside and outside of the house. Very personable and efficient. Love all the people I have interacted with both in person and on the phone. Best is the best!!!!

Gene was prompt and efficient in his inspection of our encapsulated crawl space . He has consistently provided excellent service through the years to ensure our crawl space and sump pump and de-humidifier are working properly. I highly recommend him for a reward.

Best Pest Control did a wonderful job - they were thorough, efficient and took the time to listen and offer the best options for insect eradication at my home - both inside and out. Their prices are very reasonable and I did some shopping around first. I didn't want to compromise quality for price - and I got every bit of my money's worth with BEST. Todd was great. Just moved here from Ct and Todd was treating my Neighbors home and I approached him with some questions. He finished his call next door and came to talk to me and my Wife about treating our property. He was very friendly and gave great guidance and advice we hired them on the spot and learned a lot .
