Best Home & Property Services - North Myrtle Beach is SIMPLY THE BEST!! If you haven’t been serviced by them then you are truly missing out! About 5 years ago, I was looking to have my crawl space encapsulated to keep bugs out of my home as well as drafts. I live in Columbia, SC and found that many home owners did not have there crawl spaces encapsulated. I called around to several different companies and received quotes that were extremely high. Some companies did not know what encapsulation meant.

I can’t rave enough about how amazing our experience with Best has been! Tyler Jones was doing our crawl space inspection and discovered a rodent issue after doing a deep inspection we ended up trapping all of our rodents, sealing our crawl space and installing the clean space and let me say wow it’s so clean down there now! Plus we ended up doing a full attic restoration and installing Comfort Shield, that’s Best attic insulation and we are now rodent free plus we have a lifetime warranty for the attic! I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. I would recommend them for any future encapsulation projects.
