We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now.

Todd was great. Just moved here from Ct and Todd was treating my Neighbors home and I approached him with some questions. He finished his call next door and came to talk to me and my Wife about treating our property. He was very friendly and gave great guidance and advice we hired them on the spot and learned a lot . We just moved into our home and while we were having it painted we discovered (dead) bugs! Brian came to our home the day after we called! He was very professional during this difficult time (moving, painting and Covid 19) and was very informative! He offered several thoughts and guided us to a plan. I can’t rave enough about how amazing our experience with Best has been! Tyler Jones was doing our crawl space inspection and discovered a rodent issue after doing a deep inspection we ended up trapping all of our rodents, sealing our crawl space and installing the clean space and let me say wow it’s so clean down there now! Plus we ended up doing a full attic restoration and installing Comfort Shield, that’s Best attic insulation and we are now rodent free plus we have a lifetime warranty for the attic! We have been customers for almost 2 years with quarterly service. They have been great to deal with. We are on 1 acre surrounded by woods and corn fields so bug and pest service is definitely a priority for us. Recently, I saw a mouse run across the living room so I called. They sent someone out but after a few days of nothing in the traps, I called back. They sent out a supervisor (Scott) who took the time to walk the property and identified a small spot in the garage they likely got in. We sealed the area and he set out some new traps.

I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
