Efficient, friendly techs and reasonably priced. In the two years we have owned our home we have relied on Best to bring a sense of peace and security to our home from outside invaders. Timely reminders have made scheduling easy and pay at time of service convenient. Having two dogs techs have worked with us minimizing exposure to them inside and outside the home. A bit tedious is that they are “salesman orientated” and any questions outside of your normal visit is quickly referred to having a salesman show up at your door.

Great visit from Best Home and Property Services. Inspection and treatment of home was excellent. Eric was very nice and listened to my questions. Solved all my concerns. He went above and beyond a regular home service. For example, he asked for a rake and cleaned up a small area from a previous visit. Could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional visit from any company that deals with customer service. Excellent service.

The service people are so nice and knowledgeable. In the 25 years I have been here, my lawn has never looked so good.

We've been with Best Home & Property for years and never had a problem. Always professional and love all the different plans you can choose. If you need additional treatment, their technicians are so helpful and very informative.

Shy Rogers, the service tech, came to the door, introduced himself, then went immediately to work. He sprayed half the yard with the mosquito solution, then refilled the sprayer and went out back to finish. Once done, he provided us with a receipt and a copy of the May pamphlet from his company. He was polite, very thorough and very friendly. Good company with good employees, who do a great job!

I thought my provider was gone, but looked out to find him sweeping my porch ceilings, corners, and door casings with the long handled web brush. This is a service I very much appreciated! Thank you BHP for always providing polite and excellent service.
