Had first termite prevention treatment today. Very efficient work, friendly vendor. I like the methods they use for application - less invasive than other vendors.

Todd was great. Just moved here from Ct and Todd was treating my Neighbors home and I approached him with some questions. He finished his call next door and came to talk to me and my Wife about treating our property. He was very friendly and gave great guidance and advice we hired them on the spot and learned a lot . I called with some questions and they sent a technician out the next day. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything in an understandable manner. I use Best Home and Property Services for my quarterly pest control service. When I bought the house, I had a serious spider problem outside with many black widows and other spiders in all the bushes. They came and took care of that issue and have been providing excellent service for more than a year now. Justin came to do the inside pest control treatment and was very helpful and informative. I recommend this service for anyone who wants to know their home is well protected.

We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now.

Pest Home & Property Services have been an exceptional and professional company providing both pest control and landscaping services for my home. My problem is earwigs. They begin to emerge around June and continue until November of every year. To date there is no true killing technique or chemical treatment for the termination of these bugs. I get thousands of bugs each year. Best Home, comes out every month or as often as I need them regardless of extra cost to them to help irradiate this problem.

Allen from Best did an inspection today. Very thorough, good information, worthwhile. Felt he was not in sales mode, but in information and educational mode so we could decide going forward how we wanted to use their services. Very nice to deal with.

As always the service was excellent. The technician was thoughtful and professional. I feel as if I'm in very good hands with Best Home & Property Services.
