Great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different types of treatments they offer.

Donald was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He was very efficient and did a great job!

We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now.

I like Best Property for Pest control. Very accommodating & professional. So I tried them for lawn service/weed control. Came out 1x & I was not home but they left invoice in the door or I world not have known they were here. I

liked that they closed the gate so the dog couldn’t get out. Small thing but very important.

Always very thorough and attentive to our needs. The technicians are great. Bob usually handles our account. He is great. Always willing to answer questions and explain what’s going on. Explains what he’s doing clearly and doesn’t talk down. Great company. Great service. Great results. You can’t own a home down here without a reliable pest company. True to its name Best is… the best!!

It was brought to my attention that there was a black widow in a spider web whish was very disturbing, but I was told that the spray would keep them out. I just would like to get that confirmed. It also said on the receipt that the service does not include German roaches. Is that normal?

Today's service was just a 6 month termite trap inspection!
