The technician, Donald, was very thorough and truly cared that we were getting the best service possible!

Shy Rogers, the service tech, came to the door, introduced himself, then went immediately to work. He sprayed half the yard with the mosquito solution, then refilled the sprayer and went out back to finish. Once done, he provided us with a receipt and a copy of the May pamphlet from his company. He was polite, very thorough and very friendly. Good company with good employees, who do a great job!

I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.

Best Home & Property Services has provided Excellent Service for my Lawn. It is Green and Healthy not Brown and Patchy like it was before using Best! John is very knowledgeable and always professional. Also use Best for Termite and Insect Control Services. I would Recommend using Best Home & Property Services.

Gene was prompt and efficient in his inspection of our encapsulated crawl space . He has consistently provided excellent service through the years to ensure our crawl space and sump pump and de-humidifier are working properly. I highly recommend him for a reward.

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home. But Rob was on vacay during this service, so I had the pleasure of meeting Dan C. who was equally great! He took his time and addressed my concerns and even cleaned out the cobwebs in my garage.
