Our technician, Mike, is phenomenal and definitely lives up to the company name—he is one of the absolute best. My husband is thrilled with how great our yard looks, and I am incredibly happy to report that we are completely bug-free. We highly recommend them!

Gene came out this morning, for our termite treatment. He was very nice and professional. He was on time and the office staff was nice enough to call when he was on his way! So glad I made the switch.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

Spray technician on time, answered my questions, very thorough, and had great customer skills. Very pleased

I have used the services of “Best Home & Property” for 3 years now. Both the termite control and insect control programs. If I ever have a problem with insects (palmetto bugs), I contact Best Home & Property and a Technician is sent to my home to resolve the problem.
