Gene came out as expected and did a fantastic job inspecting the house and even noticed some issues with the lawn. He really cares about the house as if it was his own. Cannot say enough good things about Best Home & Property Services!!

Best decision I made was getting Best Pest Control for my home! This company is premier for complete pest control! Not one problem since they started treating my home over a year ago! Highly recommend them!

We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now.

We have used Best Home & Property for many years, and have always had prompt and courteous service . Today Kevin came to complete our annual termite and crawl space inspection.

We were advised to have a 10 year stand alone liquid baiting system applied which he did well, in spite of the 89 degree day.

Their technicians are always extremely courteous and helpful.

I've been using Best for a couple of years now and I always have amazing service from Rob who is polite, kind, personable and great at what he does. But Rob was on vacay during this service, so I had the pleasure of meeting Dan C. who was equally great! He took his time and addressed my concerns and even cleaned out the cobwebs in my garage. Quality service from Best just as expected!!!

I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Comfort Shield dropped my bill by 20%, it has gotten rid of the roaches from my attic and the Heat Shield has made my garage and back porch much more comfortable! Tyler Jones was the best help and even found a small roof leak while in my attic space. Thank you Best for everything. Call and ask for Tyler for all your questions!

The service I received this morning was outstanding. Donald did a fantastic job & we are well pleased.

My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !

We have no complaints with Best. Any issue we have, the technicians quickly tend to it.
