I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. During our yearly termite inspection Tyler Jones found some issues in our attic space and we can’t be more happy he did! After further investigation we ended getting all the old nasty insulation removed and installing Comfort Shield and it’s crazy the difference our power bill has been since then! First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic.
