I had some hurricane guests a couple years ago that brought their luggage and bugs. I tried to handle it myself with shelf products and nothing worked. I called Best Home and Property and I must say I am not disappointed at all. Brian came out and inspected my property and gave a thorough plan of action. Kevin came out earlier than the appointment time which was fantastic and meticulously sprayed and baited my property. I was delighted to see how detailed he was as detailed folks are hard to come by.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

The company and Dan get 5 stars. I had to let Dan into the home through the garage that I had to open from another location. He did an awesome job! He even waited until I closed the garage before leaving. Thank you Dan!
