Tyler Jones was doing our crawl space inspection and discovered a rodent issue after doing a deep inspection we ended up trapping all of our rodents, sealing our crawl space and installing the clean space and let me say wow it’s so clean down there now! Plus we ended up doing a full attic restoration and installing Comfort Shield, that’s Best attic insulation and we are now rodent free plus we have a lifetime warranty for the attic! We have used Best Home & Property for many years, and have always had prompt and courteous service . Today Kevin came to complete our annual termite and crawl space inspection.

We were advised to have a 10 year stand alone liquid baiting system applied which he did well, in spite of the 89 degree day.

Today was one of my quarterly appointments. Kenny (the tech) and Scott (the GM) were both there. Kenny found a problem that needed to be fixed immediately which will be done tomorrow by my husband. He did a thorough inspection both inside and outside spent more time on the outside that I previously remembered. Scott was a pleasure to meet and talk with. I was recommended to Best a While back from a friend of mine, Jason Black, who knows Dewey very well. I know Dewey and Jason is a very good friend of mine and Scott and I clicked as we knew many people and we talked about music.

Inspection and treatments over the past 2 years have been flawless...Justin and Todd are awesome technicians and are professional and always on time.

I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
