Great visit from Best Home and Property Services. Inspection and treatment of home was excellent. Eric was very nice and listened to my questions. Solved all my concerns. He went above and beyond a regular home service. For example, he asked for a rake and cleaned up a small area from a previous visit. Could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional visit from any company that deals with customer service. Excellent service.

We just signed up for the lawn service. Ethan was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything he applied and what to expect next. Very satisfied.

During our annual inspection, Tyler Jones discovered in our attic that due to poor construction our attic space was not ventilating properly and it was causing excessive air duct sweating and mold growth in our attic space. We had Best remediate the entire attic space fixing everything and installing there attic insulation called Comfort Shield and the crew that did the work was phenomenal. Tyler came back after the work and showed us every thing they did! I cant even start to explain how happy we are with Tyler and Best. Call Tyler if you need anything! Would give 10 stars if possible!

What an awesome company! Brad exceeded my expectations. He knew and did exactly what was needed; detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Took care of our home as if it was his own. My experience with Best has been amazing. Highly recommend!

I had some hurricane guests a couple years ago that brought their luggage and bugs. I tried to handle it myself with shelf products and nothing worked. I called Best Home and Property and I must say I am not disappointed at all. Brian came out and inspected my property and gave a thorough plan of action. Kevin came out earlier than the appointment time which was fantastic and meticulously sprayed and baited my property. I was delighted to see how detailed he was as detailed folks are hard to come by.

Kevin was great! Let us know what he was doing and was done in an hour!
