When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

We first met the company at the Myrtle Beach Hone Show back in the spring and were impressed by the friendly professional demeanor of the reps there. We set up the monthly mosquito service and also quarterly pest control inside . The company is diligent about calling to let us know when our services are due and the service team are always prompt and courteous. Rob has been here several times and just this week came out to exterminate a colony of wasps in the crawl space. He definitely provides WOW service!

We chose Best Pest when we first moved to Myrtle Beach and Justin Ward has been are tech since moving here. Justin and Best goes above and beyond. He is good at what he does! We've had issues with palmetto bugs specifically and since with Justin doing treatments they are gone! They also take care of our termite control yearly. Aside from the amazing job he does, he is friendly, very personable, and listens to any concerns! He's all around a great guy, and keeps the bugs away!

We have been using Best for the last two years. When we first moved into our house, we an issue with Palmetto bugs. Best service techs quickly got the situation under control and I have not seen one in the house since then. We keep up with the maintenance and even developed a good rapport with our technician. Unfortunately, he recently left the company and Best sent a different member of their team over for our last service call. Kenny B. was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with him in our home and my dog loved him.
