Our technician, Rob, is an expert. He always asks about what pest problems we are experiencing and will treat accordingly. He provided our mosquito services all year and went the extra mile to ensure that our entire property was protected and we could enjoy the outdoors all year long. Any time he notices something in the yard, he will let us know, but is never pushy about adding services. He completed our termite services many times and always leaves everything looking nice and orderly. When we had trouble with mice, he came back to ensure that the problem was resolved.

Best provided mosquito spraying for ~ 6 months. They also come every 3 months to treat the house inside and outside. We also required flea treatment from Best and I believe that it was successful.

Definitely recommend to everyone the attic remediation I had done by Best when they installed the insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in the overall comfort in my home and the lifetime warranty makes a huge bonus!
