I'm very satisfied with this company. I have had a problem with rats and they have been very responsive to my needs. I called at 8am this week to report a live rat in one of their traps under my sink. Someone was here at 9am. He killed the rat and removed it from my home. I'm very thankful and relieved at their quick response. I have a contract with them.

My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

Had a gentleman named Matt come out and give me an estimate and explain what they do. He made it very easy to understand and was very professional

I like Best Property for Pest control. Very accommodating & professional. So I tried them for lawn service/weed control. Came out 1x & I was not home but they left invoice in the door or I world not have known they were here. I

liked that they closed the gate so the dog couldn’t get out. Small thing but very important.

I have been using Best since May 16, 2022. In the few months my lawn has improved 200%. My lawn was nothing but weeds and pretty much dead. They have been here monthly for May, June and July and I can tell you honestly what a great job the are doing. My lawn looks beautiful. Healthy, full and vibrate color. I love walking barefoot in it.
