Justin has been spraying our property inside and out every quarter and is awesome! The company & Justin are wonderful with communication and keeping you informed if your scheduled appointment is running ahead of schedule or a little late. They will either call or send a text letting you know; which is so helpful. They are ALWAYS there within a short window of your scheduled appointment as well, not like other companies who have a large time window of 4 hours or more. They also call you to set up your next quarter appointment, it’s so helpful so you don’t have to call them.

Great visit from Best Home and Property Services. Inspection and treatment of home was excellent. Eric was very nice and listened to my questions. Solved all my concerns. He went above and beyond a regular home service. For example, he asked for a rake and cleaned up a small area from a previous visit. I am very pleased with Best’s. I have only seen one or two of those big black roaches in my house this year and that was when I had left my door to the patio open. The company I used before only sprayed one thin line of chemicals around the perimeter of my house whereas Best is more generous with their coverage. Keeping my home bug free. I highly recommend.
