We changed from the company we originally used when we moved here to Best! So glad we made this decision. They do a great and very thorough job. Much best quality experience than with the previous company. We worked with Matt who came to our home and gave us an assessment on everything. This is our first year using Best Home & Property Services for our termite, pest, mosquito and turf services. We are beyond pleased! They call to schedule the appointments, they are very accommodating with times offered, the technicians are professional, on-time and pleasant to deal with. First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home. We have used Best Home and Property for the last 12 years for both pest control (termites) and Clean Space. We could not have been happier. The personnel who always served us were so courteous, professional, and thus trusted. We always felt comfortable to welcome them in or around or "under our home."
