We have been customers for almost 2 years with quarterly service. They have been great to deal with. We are on 1 acre surrounded by woods and corn fields so bug and pest service is definitely a priority for us. Recently, I saw a mouse run across the living room so I called. They sent someone out but after a few days of nothing in the traps, I called back. They sent out a supervisor (Scott) who took the time to walk the property and identified a small spot in the garage they likely got in. We sealed the area and he set out some new traps.

Have used Best for over 10 years. Easy to schedule apts. Pest techs are always respectful and pleasant.

Best Home and Property Service are easy to work with and do an amazing job. We have them contracted for our restaurant and have had no issues since hiring them. The office staff (Savannah) keeps me informed of their appointments and we have never had any complaints! Keep up the good work!!

After Have some Issues with 1st service, these company has tried hard to fix it for my fully satisfaction.

During our annual inspection, Tyler Jones discovered in our attic that due to poor construction our attic space was not ventilating properly and it was causing excessive air duct sweating and mold growth in our attic space. We had Best remediate the entire attic space fixing everything and installing there attic insulation called Comfort Shield and the crew that did the work was phenomenal. Tyler came back after the work and showed us every thing they did! I cant even start to explain how happy we are with Tyler and Best. Call Tyler if you need anything! Would give 10 stars if possible!
