Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas. He took the time to look in both the inside and outside to find problems and then treated those areas, as well as the whole house.

Justin has done the pest control in our home since we moved in and is the one of the reasons we continue to use best, he is trustworthy always on time and very accommodating to our needs. We are very happy customers!

The Comfort Shield product we had installed in our attic by Best has been amazing so far and the price was CHEAP!! Ask for Tyler Jones he was very easy to work during the entire process and always answered our late night calls!

We have the Termite Service from Best. Have had no problems. But had to call them for Wasp nests in the attic over garage. Granted the nests were not live any longer, but Best came out, check them out and removed all 12 of the nests. We just hope the wasps don't move back in this coming summer. If so we will call them right back. Thank you Best for such a quick response to this problem and thanks for your continuing termite service.
