Best Home & Property Services - North Myrtle Beach is SIMPLY THE BEST!! If you haven’t been serviced by them then you are truly missing out! About 5 years ago, I was looking to have my crawl space encapsulated to keep bugs out of my home as well as drafts. I live in Columbia, SC and found that many home owners did not have there crawl spaces encapsulated. I called around to several different companies and received quotes that were extremely high. Some companies did not know what encapsulation meant.

We have the Termite Service from Best. Have had no problems. But had to call them for Wasp nests in the attic over garage. Granted the nests were not live any longer, but Best came out, check them out and removed all 12 of the nests. We just hope the wasps don't move back in this coming summer. If so we will call them right back. Thank you Best for such a quick response to this problem and thanks for your continuing termite service.

Best provided mosquito spraying for ~ 6 months. They also come every 3 months to treat the house inside and outside. We also required flea treatment from Best and I believe that it was successful.

Brian came to give me a free estimate for my house and lawn. I was given a fair price. He explained everything in detail about each service plus a price for everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the year plan. Dan came today and sprayed, took care of everything. Again prompt service & friendly.
