About 5 years ago, I was looking to have my crawl space encapsulated to keep bugs out of my home as well as drafts. I live in Columbia, SC and found that many home owners did not have there crawl spaces encapsulated. I called around to several different companies and received quotes that were extremely high. Some companies did not know what encapsulation meant.
