Rarely have a problem with technicians let's see how the mosquitos 🦟 are this year

We Just moved to the area & while looking around for pest & termite company. My neighbor told us to call Best Home & Property services, whom she uses. A couple days later I saw the company truck in my neighborhood & asked the technician to stop by. The tech Justin stopped by & was so very nice, professional & answered all of our questions. So with the help of his office manager Christine we ended up saving a lot of money. We are very happy we went with this company. Thank You again Justin & Christine.

We use Best Pest services for our home yearly termite bond. We recently added our rental property monthly pest service and quarterly termite service. Their service has always been exceptional…. We have tried other services, but Best really is the Best!

Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas. He took the time to look in both the inside and outside to find problems and then treated those areas, as well as the whole house.

Shy Rogers, the service tech, came to the door, introduced himself, then went immediately to work. He sprayed half the yard with the mosquito solution, then refilled the sprayer and went out back to finish. Once done, he provided us with a receipt and a copy of the May pamphlet from his company. He was polite, very thorough and very friendly. Good company with good employees, who do a great job!
