We've been using this company for a while now. We get the quarterly pest control and red ant service. I like that they come to the house if any issues arise between treatments (although far and few between). Rob also does a great job. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and always on time.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

Our technician was very friendly and polite. It treated us and our questions with respect. He was very thorough with the treatment as well.

Great business. We have been using them for a little over 2 years now. Good job communicating and giving you options to schedule spray times. Our technician(we have semi-claimed him 🙃) Rob always goes above and beyond to make sure the inside and outside pets are comfortable with his arrival and moves quickly through the house, while ensuring he is covering all the bases of his spray requirement.
