As always the service is 5 star. The tech was early, did a fantastic job and let me know what was being done that day. I do a monthly service and it is well worth it.

I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Kevin explained the procedures thoroughly and worked diligently to complete them.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

Best Home & Property Services Inc has preformed multiple services including Crawl Incapacitation. Their quality of personnel and the workmanship in excellent. They take pride in making sure the job is performed to their high standards. The follow up was first class.
