I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Justin came by to do our inspection, pest control, mosquitoes he’s alway here on time very respectful and professional...we are glad we have Justin!!!!!

Every time a rep comes and treats my house/lawn I get a couple of cockroaches come out of hiding.

We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now.

Jon visited to check for a new termite entering our area. This one flys so ground treatments are not effective on this one. He was so nice in taking time to explain all the information for me to make an educated decision. This is a great company to work with for an honest evaluation of your home.

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home. About 5 years ago, I was looking to have my crawl space encapsulated to keep bugs out of my home as well as drafts. I live in Columbia, SC and found that many home owners did not have there crawl spaces encapsulated. I called around to several different companies and received quotes that were extremely high. Some companies did not know what encapsulation meant.
