Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.
