I have been using Best Home & Property for almost five years and through both of my homes. They are reasonable and professional. From customer service to billing to technicians, employees are friendly and personable. I recommend them to everyone.

I have been working with Best Home for several years for termite inspection with excellent service. The technicians inspect the bait traps and rebate as necessary. They leave any associated paper work describing what was done.

I have now contracted with Best Home for general pest spraying. Matthew Rote came to my home and clearly explained all aspects of the pest control contract. He was able to schedule the service two days later.

I am very pleased with Best’s. I have only seen one or two of those big black roaches in my house this year and that was when I had left my door to the patio open. The company I used before only sprayed one thin line of chemicals around the perimeter of my house whereas Best is more generous with their coverage. Keeping my home bug free. I highly recommend.
