David gave a brief presentation to a group of businesses a few weeks ago and I was so impressed with his knowledge and passion for the business. He really takes the time to teach you what your best option is!

Our technician, Rob, is an expert. He always asks about what pest problems we are experiencing and will treat accordingly. He provided our mosquito services all year and went the extra mile to ensure that our entire property was protected and we could enjoy the outdoors all year long. Any time he notices something in the yard, he will let us know, but is never pushy about adding services. He completed our termite services many times and always leaves everything looking nice and orderly. When we had trouble with mice, he came back to ensure that the problem was resolved.

Pest control, termite protection and encapsulation processes completed. Each and every technician has been most personable, professional and thorough. Very pleased.

My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !

We Just moved to the area & while looking around for pest & termite company. My neighbor told us to call Best Home & Property services, whom she uses. A couple days later I saw the company truck in my neighborhood & asked the technician to stop by. The tech Justin stopped by & was so very nice, professional & answered all of our questions. Comfort Shield dropped my bill by 20%, it has gotten rid of the roaches from my attic and the Heat Shield has made my garage and back porch much more comfortable! I have been working with Best Home for several years for termite inspection with excellent service. The technicians inspect the bait traps and rebate as necessary. They leave any associated paper work describing what was done.

I have now contracted with Best Home for general pest spraying. Matthew Rote came to my home and clearly explained all aspects of the pest control contract. He was able to schedule the service two days later.
