My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

Best has taken care of our property for more years than I can remember and we also refer them to our clients as well. Merle does an outstanding job and his team has always been courteous, reliable and thorough. I would 100 % recommend them for any of your pest removal and prevention needs!

We had Janie and her trainer (Justin) come to our home to do an inside and outside pest abatement. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. We have had extremely excellent service and these two technicians made the process a pleasant experience. Best is very fortunate and blessed two have these two individuals working for them, and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.

We set up the monthly mosquito service and also quarterly pest control inside . The company is diligent about calling to let us know when our services are due and the service team are always prompt and courteous. Rob has been here several times and just this week came out to exterminate a colony of wasps in the crawl space. He definitely provides WOW service!
