Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas. He took the time to look in both the inside and outside to find problems and then treated those areas, as well as the whole house.

Best provided mosquito spraying for ~ 6 months. They also come every 3 months to treat the house inside and outside. We also required flea treatment from Best and I believe that it was successful.

My last experience with Best was when Brian came to remove a snake that had been trapped in my garage. He was courteous and friendly and even gave me a short crash course on snakes: poisonous and not! All the service staff has been courteous and helpful and timely!!
