I'm very satisfied with this company. I have had a problem with rats and they have been very responsive to my needs. I called at 8am this week to report a live rat in one of their traps under my sink. Someone was here at 9am. He killed the rat and removed it from my home. I'm very thankful and relieved at their quick response. I have a contract with them.

I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds.
