We've been using this company for a while now. We get the quarterly pest control and red ant service. I like that they come to the house if any issues arise between treatments (although far and few between). Rob also does a great job. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and always on time.

Edward our technition did a fantastic job at our retail store. He really took his time to inspect all the trouble areas we were seeing.

Today was my quarterly pest control. Edward was here today, and I was very impressed with him. I told him the problems I was having and Wear and he took care of it immediately, got down on his hands and knees, which I haven’t seen any of the others do before. Went over several different things with me and he was very thorough. I knew from the beginning that the Palmetto bugs were not gonna go away in three months and now that we are more than a year in, I don’t see them as often, I do see them, but I know we’re getting closer and closer to seeing very little at all.

The two guys you sent to my home today were awesome!! They appeared to go above and beyond in letting me know what they did and why. I'm am and have been very pleased with Best Home and Property Services for over 15 years but cudos to these guys for excellent customer service.
