We had Janie and her trainer (Justin) come to our home to do an inside and outside pest abatement. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. I like Best Property for Pest control. Very accommodating & professional. So I tried them for lawn service/weed control. Came out 1x & I was not home but they left invoice in the door or I world not have known they were here. I

liked that they closed the gate so the dog couldn’t get out. Small thing but very important.

It was easy to make an appointment by phone and the receptionist explained everything in detail, answering every question. I got a 6 month service . The technician called me ahead and arrived on time and took the amount of time he told me it would take to treat for mosquitoes and wasps. He was very thorough, also polite and friendly. Before he left he checked in with me and answered my questions. I would recommend this service.

Very happy with their service. Have not had any problems since we started using them 10 years ago. Service people are always friendly & polite and they wear shoe covers when inside your house. Office staff is also friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment that best fits my schedule.
