It started with Brad and his great professionalism & salesmanship having sold me in having Best Homes to perform the encapsulation. I didn’t feel pressured but felt like at the recommendation from Brad it was something I needed to move forward with.

I have been using Best since May 16, 2022. In the few months my lawn has improved 200%. My lawn was nothing but weeds and pretty much dead. I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. I would recommend them for any future encapsulation projects.
