First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. The technicians who work at BEST are truly professional. They always ring the front doorbell, explain the service they will be doing. Upon completion let me know the service performed and their findings. They write a written report and give it to me or leave it in the front door.

Jon visited to check for a new termite entering our area. This one flys so ground treatments are not effective on this one. He was so nice in taking time to explain all the information for me to make an educated decision. This is a great company to work with for an honest evaluation of your home.

Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas.
