Shy Rogers, the service tech, came to the door, introduced himself, then went immediately to work. He sprayed half the yard with the mosquito solution, then refilled the sprayer and went out back to finish. Once done, he provided us with a receipt and a copy of the May pamphlet from his company. He was polite, very thorough and very friendly. Good company with good employees, who do a great job!

Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas. My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !
