We have used Best Home and Property for the last 12 years for both pest control (termites) and Clean Space. We could not have been happier. The personnel who always served us were so courteous, professional, and thus trusted. We always felt comfortable to welcome them in or around or "under our home." He took the time to listen to my concerns and has developed a plan of attack that has been working…all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!!

Gene always does a great job. He announces himself upon arrival and explains what he is going to do and he gets started. He does both inspections, termite and Clean Space. When he finishes, he briefs me on what he found and what he did to correct anything, if something was found. He is courteous, polite, and always punctional. He has been the technician since I had the extermination and Clean Space installed. I'm totally satisfied with his work.
