Had bugs, they come every 3 months. Now We got no bugs. Good deal right.

My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

Both the Sales tech and Service tech were fantastic! They were very courteous and listened to our needs. The recommendation on service needed was spot on. We were not oversold at all. The Service tech listened to our concerns, then investigated, assessed and treated the problem areas. He took the time to look in both the inside and outside to find problems and then treated those areas, as well as the whole house.

Seth is always super friendly, professional, timely, knowledgeable and always makes the visit very pleasant. He goes above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

We chose Best Pest when we first moved to Myrtle Beach and Justin Ward has been are tech since moving here. Justin and Best goes above and beyond. He is good at what he does! We've had issues with palmetto bugs specifically and since with Justin doing treatments they are gone! They also take care of our termite control yearly. Aside from the amazing job he does, he is friendly, very personable, and listens to any concerns! He's all around a great guy, and keeps the bugs away!

Brian came to give me a free estimate for my house and lawn. I was given a fair price. He explained everything in detail about each service plus a price for everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the year plan. Dan came today and sprayed, took care of everything. Again prompt service & friendly. We have been customers for almost 2 years with quarterly service. They have been great to deal with. We are on 1 acre surrounded by woods and corn fields so bug and pest service is definitely a priority for us. Recently, I saw a mouse run across the living room so I called. They sent someone out but after a few days of nothing in the traps, I called back. They sent out a supervisor (Scott) who took the time to walk the property and identified a small spot in the garage they likely got in. We sealed the area and he set out some new traps.

They show up on schedule and do a complete job. Tech is friendly and informative.

Efficient, friendly techs and reasonably priced. In the two years we have owned our home we have relied on Best to bring a sense of peace and security to our home from outside invaders. Timely reminders have made scheduling easy and pay at time of service convenient. Having two dogs techs have worked with us minimizing exposure to them inside and outside the home. A bit tedious is that they are “salesman orientated” and any questions outside of your normal visit is quickly referred to having a salesman show up at your door.
