I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I called with some questions and they sent a technician out the next day. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything in an understandable manner. When Best was doing my usual bug spraying I mentioned to my technician that I kept smelling a mildew smell in my house and asked if he knew anyone to fix it he told me Best did. They sent out Tyler Jones he spent 3 hours inspecting my house from top to bottom and found a lot of issues. I had Best install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier plus we put aspen air machines in my house and I could tell a difference immediately.

We have the Termite Service from Best. Have had no problems. But had to call them for Wasp nests in the attic over garage. Granted the nests were not live any longer, but Best came out, check them out and removed all 12 of the nests. We just hope the wasps don't move back in this coming summer. If so we will call them right back. Thank you Best for such a quick response to this problem and thanks for your continuing termite service.
