My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

The representatives were on time, thorough, pleasant to talk with, listened to my needs, worked fast, and finished in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this company. I haven’t seen any live insects since they serviced my home.

Definitely recommend to everyone the attic remediation I had done by Best when they installed the insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in the overall comfort in my home and the lifetime warranty makes a huge bonus! Ask for Regional member Tyler Jones he was very hands on and easy to work during the entire process!

They listen and answers any questions we may have. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just used for the first time as we moved here in Myrtle Beach. I seen them in the neighborhood doing other homes and I stopped to talk to the person and he said he could give me a quote for my property that day before he leaves the neighborhood. Was very polite and easy going. So far I’m feeling good about getting the right company.
