During our yearly termite inspection Tyler Jones found some issues in our attic space and we can’t be more happy he did! After further investigation we ended getting all the old nasty insulation removed and installing Comfort Shield and it’s crazy the difference our power bill has been since then! During our annual inspection, Tyler Jones discovered in our attic that due to poor construction our attic space was not ventilating properly and it was causing excessive air duct sweating and mold growth in our attic space. We had Best remediate the entire attic space fixing everything and installing there attic insulation called Comfort Shield and the crew that did the work was phenomenal. Tyler came back after the work and showed us every thing they did! I cant even start to explain how happy we are with Tyler and Best. Call Tyler if you need anything! I called Best because I kept hearing noises in the attic space. Tyler Jones came out and did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my attic. We did a whole attic remediation. They put their insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space and sealed up all the holes. I haven’t heard any noises since then And I’m very satisfied with the service that I got. My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

I can’t rave enough about how amazing our experience with Best has been! Tyler Jones was doing our crawl space inspection and discovered a rodent issue after doing a deep inspection we ended up trapping all of our rodents, sealing our crawl space and installing the clean space and let me say wow it’s so clean down there now! Plus we ended up doing a full attic restoration and installing Comfort Shield, that’s Best attic insulation and we are now rodent free plus we have a lifetime warranty for the attic!
