This was our initial treatment. The only comments I have at this time is they are reasonably priced, show up on time and very pleasant to deal with....when you call and the person who actually did the treatment.

This was our first visit from Best Home & Property and Brian was efficient, professional and did an awesome job explaining what he would be doing.

I can’t rave enough about how amazing our experience with Best has been! Tyler Jones was doing our crawl space inspection and discovered a rodent issue after doing a deep inspection we ended up trapping all of our rodents, sealing our crawl space and installing the clean space and let me say wow it’s so clean down there now! Plus we ended up doing a full attic restoration and installing Comfort Shield, that’s Best attic insulation and we are now rodent free plus we have a lifetime warranty for the attic! My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !
