Very happy with their service. Have not had any problems since we started using them 10 years ago. Service people are always friendly & polite and they wear shoe covers when inside your house. Office staff is also friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment that best fits my schedule.

Inspection and treatments over the past 2 years have been flawless...Justin and Todd are awesome technicians and are professional and always on time.

I had an appointment for my initial spraying. The agent arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Sprayed my home and pool deck. He also sprayed our barns and sheds. . A few day later there were lots of dead bugs mainly in the barn area. A few weeks later We had some ants in my kitchen, I called and they came out the same day and sprayed the kitchen. No more ants. Thankful for the promptness! They are very courteous and polite. I plan to keep using their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

They listen and answers any questions we may have. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just used for the first time as we moved here in Myrtle Beach. I seen them in the neighborhood doing other homes and I stopped to talk to the person and he said he could give me a quote for my property that day before he leaves the neighborhood. I had their complete lawn program,inclusive of aeration .My lawn was a mess,it had tons of weeds,moles crabgrass..and bare spots,they turned it around,trust me I have had weed man,amazing blades and a few others ni of which can compare.reasonable,professional,timely.I would highly recommend them,what do you have to lose! Pest Home & Property Services have been an exceptional and professional company providing both pest control and landscaping services for my home. My problem is earwigs. They begin to emerge around June and continue until November of every year. To date there is no true killing technique or chemical treatment for the termination of these bugs. I get thousands of bugs each year. Best Home, comes out every month or as often as I need them regardless of extra cost to them to help irradiate this problem.
