Efficient, friendly techs and reasonably priced. In the two years we have owned our home we have relied on Best to bring a sense of peace and security to our home from outside invaders. Timely reminders have made scheduling easy and pay at time of service convenient. Having two dogs techs have worked with us minimizing exposure to them inside and outside the home. A bit tedious is that they are “salesman orientated” and any questions outside of your normal visit is quickly referred to having a salesman show up at your door.

Seth was competent, through, and very pleasant. He answered a bunch of questions I asked and was very knowledgeable.

This was our initial treatment. The only comments I have at this time is they are reasonably priced, show up on time and very pleasant to deal with....when you call and the person who actually did the treatment.

The technician did a great job and thoroughly explained every task he performed.

I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. I would recommend them for any future encapsulation projects.

Today was one of my quarterly appointments. Kenny (the tech) and Scott (the GM) were both there. Kenny found a problem that needed to be fixed immediately which will be done tomorrow by my husband. He did a thorough inspection both inside and outside spent more time on the outside that I previously remembered. Scott was a pleasure to meet and talk with. I was recommended to Best a While back from a friend of mine, Jason Black, who knows Dewey very well. I know Dewey and Jason is a very good friend of mine and Scott and I clicked as we knew many people and we talked about music.
