My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !

Company was very responsive to an issue with my dehumidifier. Provided a loaner while mine was under repair. Both Gene & Derrick were very professional and efficient with de-install & install.

Justin is always on time, friendly, and does an exceptional job. I am very pleased with him and Best Pest Control!
